Registration for the Pre-K Summer Camp at Alamo Ranch and Cibolo has closed.
At Legacy, we believe summer should be as enriching as it is fun. That’s why at Legacy Summer, students explore, play and grow all summer long.
Our hands-on, engaging activities allow for extended school year learning in a fun, activity-based environment.

Important PreK Summer Camp Details
Enrollment Opens: Tuesday, March 25th
Enrollment Closes: Friday, May 2nd
Enrollment & Billing Platform: Brightwheel
Registration Fee: $50 per family (one-time, non-refundable)
Hours of Operation: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Rate (PK3 & PK4): $150 per child
How to Register & Pay:
- Families will register and manage billing through Brightwheel.
- Once enrollment is submitted, invoices will be processed through the Brightwheel system.
Payment Schedule:
- Invoices will be sent on Sundays the week prior to scheduled care.
- Payments are due on Mondays the week before care begins.
- Example: The week of May 27th will be invoiced on May 19th and payment is due by May 20th.
Fees & Refunds Policy:
- Weekly fees are NOT prorated, regardless of attendance.
- Example: The week of May 27th starts on May 28th due to Memorial Day, but the full $150 fee still applies.
- Example: If your child attends only two days in a week, the full weekly rate is still due.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for absences, holidays, or non-compliance with policies.
Late Pickup Policy:
- A $5 per minute late fee applies after 6:10 PM.
