Instructions for Adding Authorized Pickups
Only the account owner can add authorized persons to pick up students. Campus, LKC, and Community Ed staff cannot add these individuals. Follow these steps to add an authorized pickup:
- Log into legacy.ce.eleyo.com.
- Select your program account.
- Choose the student’s active contract.
- Manage authorized pickups.
Note: Authorized pickups must be added for each student individually; they do not apply to all students on the account.
Legacy Kids Care (LKC) Contract Types
Important Contract Information
None of our contracts cover holidays, breaks, or school closure days, as LKC is not available during these times.
For any unscheduled care needs, you may utilize a Drop-In day. Always compare your needs with other contracts and their fees.
Please note, sibling discounts are exclusively available with the Pick Your Weeks contract.
“Pick Your Weeks” Contract
This is ideal for families needing daily care, offering flexibility to choose the weeks you require throughout the year. You can select your weeks in advance—whether for the entire year, a month, or just a week ahead. Use the calendar’s navigation arrows to browse through months. This contract is particularly advantageous for families with multiple children, as it includes a sibling discount. Typically, it’s best if you need care for four or more days. All school days within the selected week are automatically chosen for you.
“Pick Your Days” Contract
This is designed for those needing care anywhere from 1 to 5 days a week or just occasionally. This contract allows you to choose specific days in advance—whether for the entire year, a month, or just a week ahead. Use the calendar’s navigation arrows to browse through months.
“Drop-In” Contract
This is perfect for those who cannot schedule care in advance or only need occasional, last-minute care. This contract is ideal if you don’t need multiple consecutive days. While days cannot be scheduled ahead of time, we ask that you notify the teacher if you need to use after care on any given day.
Instructions for Submitting a Schedule Change
(Pick Your Weeks and Pick Your Days Contracts ONLY)
Be aware of the schedule change deadline: 8:00 AM MST on the Wednesday before the upcoming week, except for modified billing weeks during federal holidays and closures. Refer to the LKC Fee Table for these modified dates.
- Log in to your Eleyo account: https://legacy.ce.eleyo.com.
- Under “Your Accounts,” click on Legacy Kids Care – TX.
- In “Current and Upcoming Contracts,” select your Pick Your Weeks or Pick Your Days contract.
- Go to “Contract Management” and choose Change Schedule.
- Use the Care calendars to add or remove the weeks (Pick Your Weeks) or days (Pick Your Days) you need.
- Click Submit Contract Schedule Changes to finalize.
Legacy Kids Care (LKC) Program Description
Our LKC program is designed with our busy parents in mind and is tailored exclusively for currently enrolled Legacy Traditional Students from PreK to 8th grade. At LKC we create a safe and stimulating environment where students can participate in a variety of activities beyond regular school hours. They have dedicated homework time, opportunities to spend time with friends, and participate in a variety of fun activities. Students remain on-site, eliminating the need for additional transportation to a childcare center. LKC is available after school and begins on the first day of school and ends on the last day of school.
